Principal's Message

Welcome to Abbott Elementary School! My name is Trionne Magee, and it is my privilege to serve our students, families, and community as principal. At Abbott, we are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where every child feels valued, supported, and inspired to succeed.

We believe that all students can achieve at high levels when provided with targeted instruction, meaningful relationships, and opportunities to grow academically, socially, and emotionally. Our dedicated staff works each day to foster curiosity, critical thinking, collaboration, and a lifelong love of learning while maintaining high expectations for every student.

As a Platinum Award PBIS school, we intentionally teach and recognize positive behaviors that promote respect, responsibility, kindness, and safety. We also prioritize Social-Emotional Learning (SEL), helping students develop the confidence, resilience, and interpersonal skills needed to thrive both in and out of the classroom.

As a Community School, we recognize that student success is strengthened through strong partnerships with families and community organizations. We value the voices of our parents and caregivers and encourage you to be active participants in your child's educational journey. Together, we can build a school community where every student has the support and opportunities they need to reach their full potential.
